I’m a new user that lives in rural Arkansas. I’ve AT&T, Verizon and Mint. I never had good service and always experienced dropped calls and just poor reception. The terrible customer service with the big 2 was terrible, Mint was better. Really has been great so far, customer service was excellent in helping get our numbers ported over. We can now use our phones at home. Prices are very affordable and I’m very pleased.

Exceptionally easy to switch, great coverage, great customer service. No complaints at all.

I am a new customer with REALLY. I experienced problems related to eSim setup with two Android phones. I contacted support personnel via REALLY online chat and email. Subsequently, I was contacted by Jessie Scelzi, COO for REALLY. Jessie and her team provided the assistance that I needed...without regard to the amount of time that was needed. The interaction was very professional, friendly, and effective. Kudos for providing the kind of service that other business teams should emulate.

So created a new account today and had nothing but good experience's with their customer support but at the same time I will say that their dashboard can be a bit buggy and not showing the correct things but at the same time the customer support helped fix it in a matter of minutes and helped me out a lot and get everything set up in a matter of minutes to get everything working how I need it to. Really wireless is helpful and has amazing coverage for what they do and how they handle it.

I am very impressed with this service so far. Customer service is amazing, and the process of switching from Verizon was completely seamless. I love the privacy aspect so much after dealing with identity theft. My service is amazing, way better than Verizon.

Found Really on Facebook and wanted to give them a try. They are focused on privacy and that is important to me. I had issues porting in one number and Mhay from support came through after hours and got it accomplished!

Quick and efficient customer service. Haven't been able to test out the phone service just yet where I need to. My old service provider put me through hell trying to transfer my number. REALLY on the other hand kept in constant contact and helped through every bit of the process.

Their Chat support was able to help me and answer questions really quickly. Way faster than the hours ive spent on the chat with Mint
