I had originally reached out to the customer service department outside of business hours, and within minutes I received a reply and got my question addressed quickly and efficiently. Pretty cool that customer service agents work outside of normal business hours!

Really is seriously a carrier that has customer privacy in mind. They do not collect unnecessary information about their customers nor do they have a customer service number. Everything is done via e-mail and chat. Even your account is pulled up as a random number, not your name, phone number or e-mail address. Really is Really a great mobile carrier making the best use they can of T-Mobile's airwaves.

switch from V carrier, and so far loving Really. Support was also amazing, had an issue with my QR code for the eSim and support fixed it in record time. With the other carrier it would have taken 360 days to correct the Really support team had me fixed and up and running in 10 minutes!

What caught my eye is the fully encrypted part. I want to feel that my conversations are private. I use an iPhone so I'm not to worried about texting with imessaging but data and calls have always bothered me. I feel reasonably confident that the person I called is the only on listening to me. While I was in Newnan GA this weekend I ran a speed test just for the heck of it and was astonished, 928mb down and 105mb upload. I have never gotten speeds like that from Verizon. I have been a Verizon customer for 30 plus years and I'm considering making REALLY my primary wireless carrier. I'm paying half what I pay VZW which is great as well. Give REALLY a try if nothing else in your second sim slot you won't be disappointed !!
