the products are great. it takes a reallyt long time to ship to Australia. the website and the pitpass are designed badly.

Took a while to deliver but other then that pretty well off with my order

Excellent quality, fast and friendly attention when issue arose, determined to give a good customer experience. Logistics company did not do the best job, due to my order being made in february and received it until june.

Site was really good to use, great products. Only downside was the wait time for the items but totally worth it

Initial purchase everything was great was very excited for my order. They offer a one month free trial for there rewards program with said program they offer two free shirts a month along with many other features including discounts n etc however in your free trial you do not have access to any of these features I ordered the two free shirts that I was under the impression I would get with the trial however it was a system error and the order was cancelled. I did not recieve a cancellation email or notification when I emailed reality asking if both orders would come at once they informed me that the two free shirts was cancelled they were very apologetic and understood my frustration with the lack of notification they were very kind to give me a partial refund. I will add there responses from there customer support were very quick and were very understand which is greatly appreciated as some companies u order from online take ages to respond or resolve the issue

Avis 100% honnête J’ai commander sur reality racing a cause de pub Instagram 😅 et honnêtement quand j’ai commander mon hoodie red bull j’avais une énorme hype et je l’attendais énormément J’ai reçu en 2 semaine 2 mail ( donc 1 par semaine ) qui disait qu’il s’excusait du délai et que ca peut prendre entre 2 et 3 semaine ensuite je vois les avis sur trustpilot qui ne sont pas vrm bon alors je commençais à stresser et avoir peur de jamais me recevoir Mais finalement après quasiment 1 mois je l’ai reçu ajd et honnêtement la qualité est très bonne et même l’emballage est assez clean Finalement mise à part le délai qui est tres long et le site qui est probablement du dropshipping je met 4 étoiles car pour ma part tout est bien il faut juste faire attention aussi à l’abonnement qui faut pas oublier d’annuler sinon je recommande quand même haha 😅

i purchased a hoodie from here and i am keen to get it up they signed me up for a pit pass subscription that i did not want and had taken out of the cart. the option to cancel on the website does not work. please help so i dont have to cancemy card. **EDIT** they got back to me straight away and assured me its not added. will keep updated on arrival time...
