As stated on our website prior to purchase, production and delivery typically take 2–3 weeks with international orders to Australia requiring an additional 1–2 weeks depending on the shipping carrier. At the time you contacted us, your order had not yet shipped but was still within the expected timeframe for an international order. Although we were under no obligation to do so, we offered you partial compensation as a goodwill gesture and you accepted that resolution in our email correspondence. For that reason, we were surprised to see a public review stating that we refused to help or provide a refund. We understand that waiting for an order can be frustrating. We stand by the timelines communicated on our website and by the support we provided throughout our correspondence. And once your refund request was submitted, we worked to complete the refund process. The refund was successfully processed on a Saturday and we advised that the funds should be credited back to your account within 7 business days, although the exact timing can vary depending on your bank’s processing procedures. We understand that waiting for a refund can be frustrating, but we did our best to assist and ensure your request was handled.
