Reality RacingReviews of realityracing.co

I requested a refund (#R1193797) for 1 order as the T-shirt is oversized and i like a regular fit. So i ordered a new kimi antonelli T-shirt (R1195617) a size down. I have received no response for the refund and no tshirt has been dispatched. This is a scam so please dont purchase from these people Update 2 I have sent many emails and have sent a new one from their reply on here. Nothing received as yet. Update 3 Refunded now, but unsure why it has taken so long to get a refund and after them replying to my review. So its a legit company. The process was just more painful than i would have expected. Thanks for all the help

Customer service has always been helpful and get back to me quickly, however the processing times od the product have been too long already. I ordered this about a month ago and still haven’t received it. I need the tee for this upcoming Saturday am 17track was supposed to deliver it yesterday but they’re taking long because they didn’t receive the item until some time last week.

The quality of the fabric used is surprisingly good, and the support team is always ready to answer questions; it’s clear they really care about their business. The waiting time to receive the clothes is long, but it's worth it.

This was my first time ordering from reality racing. I found their communication to be excellent as well as their product. I was a little disappointed in the slow shipping time, but I did end up receiving what I ordered. Josh‘s continued communication regarding my order helped assure me that I would indeed eventually get my sweatshirt.

Takes a while to get your order ready to ship but not that bad

Good quality but you will have to be patient in order to get it ( around 1 month )

I had to cancel my order due to me not being available to receive the package and they assisted me with great customer service refunding my money back. When i explained my situation. Would definitely order from them in the future.
