The hoodie I ordered fits amazing and looks really nice! I just received it last night and wore it all night and it fits well. It’s not super thick or super thin like I find with most brands I see on instagram. The fabric is great for cool days or laying around the house. I haven’t washed it yet, but the print on the hoodie seems like it would last awhile without cracking too bad. My only gripe is that the shipping took awhile. I was expecting a few days, but it ended up being a few weeks, unsure if that’s the companies fault or shipping logistics.

Unfortunately, I had to wait a long time, but customer support was helpful, and the quality of the T-shirts was excellent.

I did not intend to sign up for a membership and that wasn’t super clear with my initial purchase, but I was refunded for the mistake and I love the shirt!

As soon as I noticed, I emailed them and they were incredibly quick to respond and help me out, processing my refund without any hassle. It’s honestly hard to find great customer service these days, and their quick response really eased the anxiety I had when I realised I’d subscribed to something I didn’t intend to. Shipping has taken a little longer than expected, but I’m still looking forward to receiving my order. So far, I’m really happy with their customer service and how they handled the situation!
