To clarify, the VIP membership also begins with a free trial so you were not charged immediately when you placed your order. Customers can also manage their orders and account directly including cancelling an order or managing their VIP membership. In this case, you were able to access your account and cancel the order, which has already been cancelled and fully refunded.

For that reason, we were a little surprised to see this review posted recently as we believed the matter had already been resolved. Hey Valentina, We wanted to clarify what happened with your original email. We did receive the message, however the text was written in white font which made it invisible against the white background on our end. As a result, our customer service agent was unable to see the contents of your message at the time. We’ve sent you an email with the attached screenshot showing exactly how the email appeared to us. Regarding your package, it has already updated and the local tracking was also sent with the email so you can follow its progress with the local delivery provider in Colombia. Please also note that once a package has been handed over to the local delivery provider, the processing and delivery times are unfortunately outside of our control. Delays can occur depending on the local carrier’s processing and delivery operations in Colombia. We hope this clarifies the situation and we’re happy to assist with any further questions!

Hey Dan, We'd just like to clarify that at our legacy checkout, there’s an option to opt in to or exclude the Pit Pass from your order. And the Pit Pass can also be cancelled at any time. We also weren’t able to locate any messages from you in our support inbox. Our only customer support email address is [email protected]. It’s possible your emails were sent to a different address such as one ending in .com. We don’t own or monitor that email address, so unfortunately we would not have received those messages. We’ve already reached out to you directly regarding this and clarified what happened. If you have any further questions, feel free to reply to our email and we’ll be happy to assist.
