Hoody is very good but they charge you for 60 dollar after your puechase. I write an email to get a refund but didnt get answer

Was not happy with how they give you a “free” pit pass trail but secretly its just a way to scrounge you for an extra 60$. Would not recommend buying

This is a fraud. They never send the things you purchased. There is an AI answering to your email immediately when you send an email and try to delay you for asking your money back. ATTENTION

I am very disappointed with this company. Despite repeated shipping promises, I still have not received the product I paid for. There was no reliable tracking information and no clear explanation for the delay. What makes the situation even worse is that a subscription was activated without my consent. This was never clearly communicated during the purchase process. Even more concerning, the subscription cannot be cancelled through the website as expected. I have tried to contact customer support via email, but I have not received any response at all. The lack of communication and transparency is extremely frustrating. Overall, this experience feels unprofessional and misleading. I would strongly advise others to be very cautious before ordering from this company.

Put in the order, got an order confirmation, money went off the bank, no link with information about the shipping, ... Never heard of them again, despite trying to contact them via several canals. It won't arrive on time to gift eitherway ... Very dissapointing

I ordered a sweater for my daughters boyfriend for Christmas around boxing day. With the exchange rate, it costed about $78.00. I received many emails, but none saying that the item had shipped, where other things id ordered at the same time had already been delivered. I decided to check the reviews and was disappointed to discover many bad reviews, saying this company is likely a scam as people didn't receive their orders. I requested a refund on December 1st and received an email stating my refund was processed and the money should be in my account within 10 days. It has been 15 days and I have yet to receive the refund, so sadly I believe this is a scam and would not recommend for anyone to order from this company. Update #1 As seen below, they have asked me to change my review to a positive one, once I get the refund. I dont believe I will ever get this refund, so that likely wont happen. After reading this reply, I sent email #4 to the billing department to get confirmation of the refund actually being processed. I have not received one reply. The response below says this is not something they do intentionally, but the other reviews I have seen tell me thats exactly what they do. Update #2 we are now 29 days past when I was told i would be getting refunded. As you can see from the reply from reality racing, i should have gotten my refund after their "mistake". Still nothing. If this doesnt tell you what you need to know about this company then I don't know what will.

Even if you explicitly opt out of the Pit Pass free trial by removing it from your cart, they will still "Start a free trial" for the Pit Pass in an attempt to scam you out of money. $50 bucks a month and their website is intentionally poorly developed to prevent you from being able to manage your subscription. This is not an error or an oversight, but rather blatant malicious intent. Stay as far away from these clowns as you can. Edit based on respone: Of course their response is to call their customers liars, why wouldn't it be? They know they are intentionally trying to scam and don't like being called out about it!! Did I mention their "business address" is an unaffiliated third party postal store called "Postal Etc."? No legitimate business does that. Don't worry, I'll find out your real information and report you to the proper local authorities.

They scam you into a purchase then charge you a month later $50 for their "club". Dirty business, i hope their founder steps on a lego.
