Packaging and shipping was terrible
Packaging and shipping was terrible. 3 bags not bottles of pills were shipped in a plastic bag. Outside temperature is 104 degrees no telling what it was inside of the truck. Obviously my little bag was under something heavy because all the pills are stuck together in a bag size slab. I am returning them.

Purchased D3 + K2 from Amazon. Then I listen to your sales pitch and you said you didn’t sell your product anywhere else but here so I wound up buying a real bag from you. Oh well!!!

Amazing customer service experience!
This is my second purchase and I can’t wait for Jeff in Marketing to scream it’s shipping (complete with cartwheels)-and for Rachel to finally get her raise and to find out if Joe liked the frozen avocado chunk suggestion and if Marcus’s breakfast macros are still working like a Swiss clock. Your team is the BEST!

All I wanted was to try your D3 + K2…
All I wanted was to try your D3 + K2 vitamin product. Now, I wake up to the news that somehow I am signed up for some sort of Essentials + membership. No, no, no! I did not then, nor do I now, want to purchase such a thing. Your ordering process is very unclear and confusing. I fear that unconventional sales tactics of this nature could give your company an unfavorable reputation. Please cancel everything. My order. Certainly my "membership." Kindly refund my money and permanently delete my credit card from your files. Thank you.

Our Essentials+ membership is completely optional and requires customers to actively choose it on the product page, we do not enroll anyone automatically nor is this something that is pre-selected. I thought I made a single order of…
I thought I made a single order of vitamin D back in April, however they automatically signed me up for a membership for 29.98 a month and despite emails telling them to cancel it are still billing my credit card. I’m on my 3 rd attempt to dispute it. Do not order from any social media site they offer its a scam!

The only thing I can say until I…
The only thing I can say until I receive my order is that on the website when placing the order, I noticed that the monthly subscription sneaks in the order summary which I noticed before submitting my order. I had to go back and delete that plan and then had to start over again to place my order without that subscription charge. Nice try. I am excited to try the products.
