I'm still learning all the things I can do with this tool. I find it very valiable in setting up my initial lists and getting organized. I'm just wondering how up to date the comp properties provided by the comp evaluator analysis are. This seems like a very valuable tool in the initial analysis, but I'm not yet confident that the most up to date info is being provided

Questions are answered promptly ... anything that I need help on, the team is amazing to make sure I understand everything!

Customer service is bad not overall bad. I believe they genuinely care, but don't handle business like they should. I contacted technical support twice different days on direct mailing errors and they never solved my problems. Said they would follow up and never heard a single thing from them.

This technology is exactly what I needed to get my Real Estate investing business off of the ground. It has taken so much weight off of my shoulders & I can now run my business part time while dedicating more time to myself & my family. For the price this software is a no brainier if your an advocate for working smarting as opposed to harder. Try it out as their trial period is amazing for getting your feet wet! I am truly excited about Realeflow. Once I get to know and operate Realeflow, it will be beneficial to my new real estate investment company
