However, the initial experience with one of the lenders was challenging, particularly in reaching the assigned underwriter, which required 12 attempts. Once we identified the appropriate lender and transitioned the process accordingly, everything proceeded smoothly. From that point forward, the process was highly efficient, timely, and well-coordinated. Overall, the experience was very positive, although improved accessibility and responsiveness during the initial underwriting stage would have made the process more seamless from the outset.
