This company is a scam
This company is a scam. Not only are they trying to screw over their lenders but also myself. They were trying to get me an MCA loan and then immediately put it into a debt settlement program with my other debt. The settlement program is also a scam. They are trying to charge me 25% on top of the debt i owe to do so. An hour after I signed the agreement, I nicely requested to cancel everything. They are requiring a 10% fee now to cancel the agreement and do absolutely nothing. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!

To anyone reading this: this review is about a different company. The agreement and the cancellation fee described here are with RBF Capital, a separate company we introduced this business owner to. Different company, different owners, different agreement. Real Business Solutions was not a party to it. RBF Capital has also confirmed in writing that it never charged or attempted to collect any fee from this reviewer. Real Business Solutions gets businesses funded, including: - Real estate funding: business HELOCs, DSCR cash-out refinances, and home equity investments - SBA loans - Term loans - 0% intro business lines of credit - Business lines of credit - AR and PO financing - Equipment financing This reviewer's dispute is not with us.
