This authentication service is completely incompetent and cost my wife both her money and her items.My wife sold a pair of authentic Louis Vuitton shoes on Poshmark, which she purchased directly from the LV directly and have the original receipt to prove. The buyer uploaded a few photos to this service, and based solely on those images, the service incorrectly deemed them counterfeit.Because of this flawed digital assessment, Poshmark issued the buyer a full refund, and either Poshmark or the buyer kept her authentic shoes. You cannot accurately authenticate luxury goods based strictly on a few uploaded user photos. This platform's inaccuracy facilitates scams, and their negligence caused us a direct financial loss. Avoid this service at all costs.

I purchased a LV bag off of Mercari and it came with a certified authentication. The certificate even states the item is 100% authentic so why would I even question it after I received it and it looked good to me? Fast forward to present day when a rivet comes loose and I take it to LV to get repaired and they tell me it is not a real LV and they cannot fix it.

Expensive, gave different opinion on same pictures. Not reliable.
