We temporarily ran out of inventory in our PA warehouse, which caused a delay. Typically, delivery takes 2-3 business days from this location. Hi Dana, Sorry for the negative shopping experience. The cartridge you ordered was out of stock at our West Coast warehouse, so we shipped it from our East Coast warehouse, causing the delay. The return label was emailed to you on September 10, but we have not received a response. And the cartridge has not been returned. Can you return the cartridge for a refund? Dear Customer, We're sorry that you haven't received your order yet. We checked the shipping status and found that your order was shipped on March 4th. However, since TN830 is a new product, we only have inventory in the CA warehouse, so it takes longer to arrive. But don’t worry, we will have stock in the East Coast warehouse soon.
