About two weeks ago we ordered one of the Read Your Story books which arrived as expected based on tracking time, but wrote a review about being disappointed with the outcome of the book. The team at "Read Your Story" responded to our disappointment with a request to fix and adjust the photos we sent for the book to our satisfaction. They went beyond the call of duty! First they asked for a different picture. We sent it and within a few hours they replaced the pics in the book and sent us a file to see if it was better than the first book. It was! Later, we realized the file for the original order was really the problem. At that point, they replaced the original picture with a better file of the original picture and it looked 100% better. Today, they sent to us the new book. It is perfect! The book is beautiful. We cannot wait to take it with us when we visit our daughter, son-in-law and grandson later this month to give them the book. The customer service the the staff at Read Your Story is A++++. They are a top-flight company with a top-flight product!

Beautiful book! Excellent quality.

I ordered four books from Read Your Story and all of the books were great stories, however one of the books has the main picture blurry through the whole book, however maybe there was something off in the original picture that was uploaded for that book. Also when ordering books, it has where you can preview the book before you order it to make sure you like it before ordering, but only one of the books actually let me preview it, so that is why I rate them a four! I might add that the book with the blurry main picture was one I could not preview before ordering!

Using actual pictures of Jack made this an amazing book! At first he wasn’t so keen, as I think he would have rather had a toy, but when his big sister (5) squealed in excitement, he decided it was pretty neat. Jack is 3, so the ABC’s were perfect for him. You may be getting more orders, as every one who saw the book took down your web address!
