Book was of good quality with fairly durable pages. Story included pictures of the child as well as including her name in the story.

Hi Barbara, we are very sorry your book was delayed. As we explained via email a few days ago, your book did not pass quality control several times. This does occasionally happen when printing products. Rather than send you a defective book, we opted to reprint it so you could receive a quality finished product. Unfortunately this did result in delaying shipment for which we apologize. We also fully refunded your purchase when you initially contacted us. Happy holidays.
