I ordered my grandchild a personalized book on December 14. It never arrived. What is most frustrating is they did not respond to multiple email inquiries and they do not provide a company telephone number, very frustrated and disappointed. Great concept but terrible customer service. Now I just want a refund.

I ordered 5 hard copy books. I love the sturdy material and super cute stories. The illustration and pictures are on point and age appropriate. The only thing I would like was to see more pictures of my love ones instead of the same picture over and over. Other than that, great idea and I love the books!!! Thank you

The illustrations and use of my grandchild's photo were exceptional. The story was engaging and fun. I highly recommend Readyourstory

I was a bit skeptical when I placed the order, but I was pleasantly surprised when I received the book. The pictures and the book are of great quality. My granddaughter’s face is positioned perfectly on each page, and the paper is a nice thicker quality. I definitely recommend this book!

Amazing books personalized for our Great Niece Payton! She is 2 and loves them! The details and incorporating our photos and Payton’s photo within the book on several pages is brilliant! I absolutely love the book. Bought it for a Christmas gift for my granddaughter. Very well made. Highly recommend.
