It said it was delivered and then actually was delivered a week later. I messaged support 3 times and no one got back to me till after a week and all they said was it’s out of their hands. No offer of trying to figure something out. For spending so much money on something, I would expect the customer service to be better

Our book is so adorable. Much higher quality than I expected and the fitting of the photos is perfect. Ordered another one for another grandson. Can’t wait for it to arrive.
