The things most pleasing to me, with my shopping experience, are as follows: 1. The online merchandising of the product was very attractive. 2. The online ordering and payment was easy and accurate, including the payment options. 3. The quality and packaging of the product was terrific. The only area of my purchase experience, that was disappointing, was the arrival time of the item. It was a Birthday gift for my wife and was ordered in time for the delivery to be made prior to her January 2nd birthday, however, it did not arrive until January 5th. Summary: My first purchase experience left me pleased and I look forward to making future purchases and recommending ReadYourHeart to others!

When I ordered my first item, I didn’t realize it was coming from China. On their website, they had an email address for customer service and I voiced my concerns. She assured me that my order was being expedited. From order to delivery was about 2 weeks. My necklace is stunning!

Well I ordered a ring on December 31st 2022. Received a confirmation email stating they would email me when shipped. I have not heard anything since.

The ring looked great! I got a custom size so it was a little more but still totally affordable, and my partner was stunned.

The jewellery is of very high quality and beautifully designed. The bypass moissanite swirl ring is a great example of the craftsmanship that underpins each piece.

The stones really sparkled and were larger than expected.

I was unable to close the errands

I ordered the 2 carat cushion with side trillions and got 1 carat instead. I was not happy about it at all. I wrote a review on the read your heart website and had no response. DO NOT ORDER from this company. Waste of time and money.
