This is the second time I've done this program. First was with my daughter, and now with my son. It is such a wonderful program and really helped my kids get a jump start into reading. This also gave my kids the confidence to want to start reading. This class also helped the parent. I didn't have the first clue as to how to teach my kids how to read. It taught me how to use phonics and blending and active reading to help achieve the end goal. Each class was very structured so regardless of the location or teacher, you are getting the exact same program. I would recommend this 110%.

We are SO happy we signed Makayla up for this summer class. The instructor was engaging, fun and clearly understood how important age appropriate content is for the kids. Makayla really enjoyed the class. I began to see her confident build more after each class. She's already asked if she can sign up for the fall online program and go again next summer!

We are grateful and thankful that you came up with this Summer Reading Program. My daughter had fun while learning both in class and at home.

My 4yr old can now read the entire "Let's read" book given with this program. My daughter now has the courage and confidence to try reading even bigger words. The 5 weeks program goes super fast but I like how they offer an additional 10 week online program. The teacher was super friendly and informative. I have recommended this program to almost every parent I come in contact with. If you want your child to have a great advantage come school year definitely put them in this program over the summer.

My son had a great learning experience. They have a good selection of books and recommendations. It improved his comprehension and fluency. I recommend!

One of the best experiences we had this summer! My son took the class offered to incoming 6-8th graders. The concepts he learned were valuable and relevant for any student. The in-class experience was fabulous thanks to a very kind and understanding teacher. The work at home was time intensive, but the concepts were very well organized and reviewed. I was impressed by the online tools and built-in exercises. What he learned and practiced will be of use to him for the remainder of his career as as student.

Not at all what I expected! I wanted to prepare my daughter for VPK in a fun and interactive classroom with myself and her peers. The instructor was very boring and did not seem to be prepared! We sat in our seats the whole time! Kids never interacted with one another! Differentiation is so important in teaching.

This is our second year participating in the Summer Reading Program and our whole family so very pleased. My 10 year old did the 5th grade class last summer and learned so much. This year, she is taking the middle school class and the work is much more challenging, but so helpful with reading comprehension, grammar and writing. My 7 year old did the 2nd grade class this summer and loved every book she read. I consider this program to be very much worth the investment. I plan to use it every summer for our girls.
