Reach has been nothing but super Awesome to work with ! customer service is like family and they made us feel welcomed and made sure we were up and running, Jules was on eastern time and working late and stayed with us until we were on and she was so very nice it was sad to say goodbye but I feel blessed to have found this company !! very very Happy :)

Reach Mobile is a breath of fresh air - feels like a "mom and pop" corner store amidst the world of cellular corporations. I couldn't believe how helpful and personalized the service was when I joined the community. So great to actually talk to a HUMAN when support is needed! Love this team!!

We switched to Reach on a Saturday afternoon while our kids were napping. It was so easy I thought something went wrong. Activated with the sim card and app... we didn't even need to talk to a person or leave the house!! Same Verizon network we'd been on for years except now we are saving a TON of money. This is a great company... wish we had switched sooner!!

Porting a number from Google Fi was difficult. It took several hours. It was not a Reach problem, as I already have a Reach phone I ported over from another carrier, and thought that this would be as easy. Not so. I was on chat with Reach a couple times trying to sort out the issue. Finally, an agent by the name of Preeti took the issue on and kept working with me to determine the root cause of the issue in the phone. It turned out it was a vestige of the previous carrier rooted in the phone that would not let it work. Preeti solved the issue, restored my precious 20 year old phone number and I am really happy with that. Above and beyond - Reach service for the customer is tops!

The service is very good

I was at my wits end trying to get what l needed from Verizon but Cyan & Jules were able to get through to Verizon and we made the transition easily. They saved me a lot of frustration. Kathy

So I dropped my phone in water and it stopped working, but Reach mobile customer service came to the rescue! They patiently and expertly worked with me to get a new phone back in service with Reach. Reach has great caring customer service, and great rates, too. And the Reach mobile app is so easy to use, so win win!

Tried another discount service but it took too long for the calls to go through. Came back to Reach Mobile because they have the Verizon Network with no delays connecting outgoing calls from going through. The setup support was the best too.
