I switched my family from another MVNO after the service became inconsistent and my grandmother was facing high fees for minutes spent on hold with doctors' offices. Reach has been very helpful and addressed issues proactively (in 2020! amazing!) such as when one of my lines got stuck porting and a USPS (no hate to them) lost a SIM card in a distribution center. The Verizon-based service is great, and I appreciate doing business with a company that clearly cares about its customers and making the world a better place. Their feature to bill you for a cheaper plan when you use less data than you expected is a nice money-saver, too.

I am very happy we found Reach. We had been on the T-Mobile network when we moved to our new home, but there was NO coverage outside our home wi-fi. Now on the Verizon network but more reasonably priced through Reach, we have coverage outside our home which is how a phone should work! And customer service at Reach has been truly outstanding - you can actually reach (no pun intended) a human being, and that human being (Jules in our case) is friendly, cheerful and helpful - where do you get that in this age of never-ending automated switchboards? But the bottom line is the service works great and is reasonably-priced. Outstanding customer service and interaction is a bonus.

OVERJOYED!!! After reporting here what I believed to be a grievous error on the part of REACH, I have since been blown away to such an extent by their unmatched customer service, I am compelled to say, they are indeed the BEST! 1. Jules and her team went above and beyond to handle my (kinda rude) grievance in a super fast, respectful and considerate way. I was then offered an opportunity to speak with the CEO of REACH. Who does that?! I was expecting to get the runaround for the next few weeks. 2. Mr. Saluja (REACH CEO) was polite, patient, took time to communicate REACH’s heart to provide excellent, common sense customer service, and he solved the issue immediately. I have never been more impressed with a customer service team effort! Do to their unparalleled customer service, and knowing their CEO’s heart for REACH policies to be outstanding regarding customer service, I am now a customer for life! Easiest customer service I've ever received. They even texted me on a Sunday and asked if there was anything that they could help me with since I had gotten my sim cards and hadn't activated my service yet. I was waiting til Monday to ask for help. Lol. They basically walked me through the whole process and had to call my previous company because it wasn't being transferred fast enough.

Been a Reach customer for over one year. Could not be more happy. Cellular services is top notch. Plus customer service is fast and friendly. And (pre Covid) was super easy to travel and roam into Europe. Go Reach!

Jules was EXTREMELY helpful in getting my transferred from Verizon to Reach Mobile. She stayed on the line and helped me with each step. I can't say enough how appreciative I am at this type of customer service.
