I emailed them about an issue I was having with my voice mail, and they emailed me back within an hour to say it was resolved (and it really was!). No waiting on hold forever, no messing around with a chatbot, no long and futile search for an email address through which to contact them - reporting and getting a resolution for my issue was fast and so easy.
