I originally had need for the Verizon network on a second phone for some traveling I intended to do. I chose Reach because of the price and flexibility of the plans. I was able to easily bring over a refurbished phone I had bought. Due to COVID, I never got the opportunity to use the service and decided finally to cancel. When it came time to, Bhumika via text chat was able to handle it. From start to finish, working with Reach Mobile has been easy and straightforward. Thanks Reach! Sorry I have to go but I will never forget you (and will recommend to any friends and family who could use your services)!

I had just signed up with my phone last week. The process was easy and the people I dealt with were terrific. Then today I saw an email that new customers could get 3 months of service for 50% off. I chatted online with Freeda, who was fantastic. She told me that my line would qualify and I would get the discount. She was wonderful and Reach mobile is the way to go.
