Reach Mobile pricing is obviously excellent. But the jewel is support. I just finished a text session with Reetika. An 11 on a scale of 1 to 10. Helped me solve the problem I created and sent me on my way a very happy customer. I've contacted Reach several times while converting first my phone then my wife's. Every time response has been quick, courteous, professional, and accurate. I love Reach. I can't believe I wasted so much time with the big guys.

Bhumika is truly outstanding as a Customer Service Representative for Reach. With some connectivity issues which I created, she bailed me out in great fashion. Unlike some of the Larger providers that do not have humans that can be reached without much difficulty, Reach Mobile does. That is the main reason I switched. The customer service team response quickly and actually provides a service. Bhumika, you rock!!

The price is great. Reach has the best deal I could find and does not require a credit score. Also, I had trouble with texting in the beginning, and that got fixed in less than 30min. Best customer service ever.

I have been using this company for several months, and needed to change my phone and number. I received a new sim card for my new phone and was able to get the old account disconnected. Great service.

First, I want to thank the wonderful Customer Support team of Cyan, Reetika and others for making my transition to Reach so seamless. I asked a lot of questions before making the switch from the Big "V" and each was answered with professionalism. I also want to commend Reach for the Best Fit program, it has already saved me considerably over my plan with the other carrier.

My service is excellent so far and I'm glad I made the change. Reducing my cell phone bill by 50% is real for me.
