Eecently activated my Reach SIM
I recently activated my Reach mobile SIM card, but didn't have full phone functionality. Fortunately I was able to chat with a REAL person, named Rich, who was extremely helpful and had me up and running withing 20 minutes. This was a 180⁰ difference from my experience with Ting mobile, where it took hours (or DAYS) among multiple tech support members to figure out and solve any problem I had. I strongly recommend Reach mobile for their fantastic tech support!

Reach is a great low cost cell provider
