amazing customer service-- went above and beyond keeping in touch with me well into the late hours of the night as I tried to get my issues switching from another carrier resolved before work tomorrow morning... already the actual cell service is so much better than my previous carrier (Mint mobile had such slow data, messages took forever to send, and I even had problems calling people)

Balvinder was so patient and attentive to all my questions and needs. The best customer experiences I’ve had were always with Reach reps—thank you for such wonderful service.

Anita took care of us totally

A few hours ago every Time my wife and I tried to make a call it was the phone would say call failed. So I talked to reach mobile customer service through a text and got in an online chat with Anita. I need a new the problem immediately was very gracious, very kind, very helpful, I knew exactly what she was doing. She said she was pretty sure we needed a net work reset and to turn off our phones, take out the Sim cards, restart our phones, wait for an error message, put the Sim card back in, and restart our phones. That worked perfectly. We were so happy that reach had someone working like Anita on the Fourth of July to help solve our problem. Couldn’t be happier switching from Verizon to reach mobile

Reetika assisted me with some confusion by chat-very efficient and friendly. Even tho there was no physical conversation, you could tell she cares about the customers =)) All my experiences with Reach have been excellent.

My customer service rep, Bhumika, was very helpful, very courteous and very knowledgeable. Answered all my questions and fixed all my issues in one chat. Awesome!

Rania, as she introduced herself, was professional from the start and, gave the impression she was here to help me ....... & me only, implying her time was devoted solely to me. She outlined Reach's plans, and recommended 2, based on the information she requested I provide, and took the time to determine "coverage" in and around my residential area. Now, in addition to cell service, knowing that Reach, via Verizon, is going to provide service that equals and exceeds the existing carrier, most likely will lead to more business in the near future. Concluding, I would simply suggest Reach take care of this employee for, in my experience, she will quickly move up the ladder -- Just hope it's with Reach & Verizon!
