I was having trouble activating my son's line on the App. I called the customer service number but they were out of the office for the holiday. So I used the Reach chat function and selected to chat with a person. I was connected to Freeda right away. In less than 20 minutes the issue was resolved. This included 1) Finding out why the App was saying the phone wasn't compatible when I knew it was since I previously used that phone with Reach, 2) Discovering that the IMEI for my old phone was still connected to my current phone number, 3) Confirming that my phone was compatible, 4) Getting a new phone number for my son, 5) Associating the IMEI with his line, and 6) Activating his line. I must admit I was biased against using the online Chat to resolve my issue since I've had not so stellar experience with other companies' online chat, but Reach and Freeda were fast, efficient, pleasant and excellent.

I had several questions, as I'm considering switching-over to Reach Mobile. In my request for a CHAT, I was connected with Bhumika. She was EXCELLENT, and I was quickly able to get all my questions answered.

Called and texted to a Freeda about cancelling service, the call couldn't have gone more smoothly or quicker, I love this company and sorry I have to go, but hoping to be back soon. Great job Freeda and thank you again.
