So far, they are awesome. If you don’t use all the data you signed up for, they drop you to a lower priced plan so you aren’t overspending. Customer service is friendly, polite and helpful. I am in a difficult area for service and while it’s not super in my house, this is the most connection I have been able to get. 👍👍👍👍

It works even out of town. It suits me personally. The cost is average - like everywhere else.

I recently moved from a major cell phone provider to Reach. The whole process was seamless. The access and signal strength (on Verizon lines) is also the same, if not better than my previous carrier. I brought my own phone, have no contract and am saving over $50/month by making the change. I wish I had found Reach sooner!

Great experience friendly staff

Same coverage as Verizon. Never had connection issues. They recently changed their DATA from reduced speed to no DATA once you have reached your limit. Would be nice if they had senior rate like T-Mobile. Maybe time to switch.
