We’ve carefully checked our records and cannot find any order under this name, nor have we received any email or message from you regarding such an issue. Without a full name or order number, we unfortunately cannot verify your purchase. For clarity, delivery to the UK takes 5–8 business days, and for worldwide orders it is 7–12 business days. We therefore do not believe that your delivery could have taken 24 days as stated. In addition, this review appears to be from the United States — a country we do not currently sell or ship to. As you can also see from the many genuine reviews on Trustpilot, our orders are always delivered within the promised timeframe, and our customers are very satisfied with the quality of our products, and do not forget we have the best quality supports on the market.
