I ordered a compression sleeve over two weeks ago and have yet to receive it. Despite advertising a 5–7 day delivery window, their customer service team told me they have "zero visibility" of its whereabouts once shipped. This is because they use cheap, international drop shipping methods. If your order gets lost or delayed, they have no idea where it is. This was their exact response to me: "The 5–7 day timeframe is our standard delivery estimate, but once a package enters customs clearance, there can be unforeseen delays that are outside our control." In other words, they will promise fast shipping to get your money, but the item is actually coming from China and could take weeks, maybe even longer in my case! For a compression sleeve that is marketed as a premium product and is significantly pricier than others on the market, you expect high quality customer service not a cheap tracking experience and an overseas drop shipped item. Avoid.

As you are ignoring me via email (x3 times), via chat and via Instagram (DM and comments), I will need to start leaving negative reviews. I have requested for a return, this is within the return policy still (not for long if you keep ignoring me). Please contact me NOW to issue the return request/label, alternatively I will continue posting reviews. You’re very quick in taking the payment, slow in processing the order, extremely slow is sending and delivering the parcel, MIA when it comes to help your customers that you pester when asking for product reviews. Do better and help me with the return.

Tried to return my parcel, was ignored every time I contacted support to return it. No returns portal on there website. Very untrustworthy.

Avoid, Avoid, Avoid! Waited 13 days for the item to arrive! Despite ordering the size indicated on the size guide the item is slightly to big so doesn't offer the support and therefor unfit for purpose. Now, the customer service is non existing. I have emailed them, used their 'live chat' but have not had any response in 7 days! I WOULD AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST!!!

Poor Customer Service and No Response to Exchange RequestI ordered an item from ReabTec (Order Ref: 26981889) and accidentally selected the wrong size. I contacted the company immediately to request an exchange for the correct size while the item was still unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags attached. I also requested return instructions and a return shipping label.Despite sending my original email and then following up again over a week later, I received no response at all. As a customer, it's very frustrating when a company doesn't acknowledge or respond to reasonable exchange or refund requests.Good customer service includes clear communication, even if a request cannot be accommodated. Unfortunately, my experience with ReabTec has been disappointing due to the complete lack of response.

My first order never arrived. Customer service then told me they would send a replacement and issue a refund, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, the replacement has now arrived, but it doesn’t fit me. It is too small compared with the size chart, so I have no use for it at all. I understand that the original shipping issue was not necessarily your fault, and I appreciate the customer service response. However, regardless of whether I received the refund, I’m still left with a product that doesn’t fit me and is essentially useless to me. I may as well put it in the bin. Very disappointing overall.

Ordered on July 28, it is Aug 17 no communication or updates. I've been tracking it on my Shop app and it's been saying that it will be delivered today for the past week. I'm not sure what the other "reviewers" feedback have been but they seem overly positive which makes me question if they are real experiences. Companies like this are very quick to take your money and non-existent when it comes to solving problems.

Well, was going to give these a go and bought myself a pair. Unfortunately the delivery company they use decided to leave it out in the street and have disappeared. Followed all instructions of the customer service and now ReabTec have gone silent. So thank you for taking my money without receiving my product and not getting back to me because you don’t want to deal with it. Would avoid at all costs as not happy to accept any liability for anything. Also states 5 days delivery and took significantly longer before they were ‘delivered.’ Shame really, would have likely bought more of they were good and I was able to try them.
