Had high hopes I could finally get some knee compression and support that doesn’t slip down your thighs. Better than my previous ones but still disappointing considering the cost.

Avoid, Avoid, Avoid! Waited 13 days for the item to arrive! Despite ordering the size indicated on the size guide the item is slightly to big so doesn't offer the support and therefor unfit for purpose. Now, the customer service is non existing. I have emailed them, used their 'live chat' but have not had any response in 7 days! I WOULD AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST!!!

I have very worn knee joints from many falls and knocks, I bought this product..it stays in place and fully supports knee joint and quads, I have been able to jog further distances wirhout rhe pain which I have been putting up with. I would highly reccomend to anyone.

Following contact being made by customer service (Lucy) I could not be happier. Lucy offered a full refund of the product in the first instance. However, I wanted a replacement of the product in a different size. Lucy arranged the correct size product to be delivered at no further delivery cost to me. Which I was very happy about. I received the supports in the post 2 days ago and I cannot fault them. They give me full leg support and extra confidence to push a little harder while running. I am now a very happy customer and will buy again when the units I have need replacing. Thank you Lucy. Original review: Contacted customer services as website changed size ordered. Contacted customer services within minutes of order confirmation to request the size was amended. No response at all from customer services. Received the wrong size today, contacted customer service and no answer again. Very poor customer service to the point of non existent.

We ordered two pairs of knee sleeves, one of them was too small. Took us two tries to reach customer service, but in the end we got a refund for the one pair. The other pair that was the right size worked really well!

The compression was outstanding. My knee pain totally disappeared. So comfortable to wear. They helped a great deal with my lymphedema swelling in my legs.

Deliverd as described, orderd wrong size and a simple Instagram message resolved the issue within 30 mins

Truly next level when it comes to supporting the knee while running. Makes it seem like half the work. Amazing!
