This program has truly changed my life. Before coming to re-origin I had completely given up on all hope that I would ever get better. I believed I would be stuck in my house for the rest of my life, forced to work from home (when I could) and never socialize with friends or family again. I prayed and prayed asking God for guidance. One day I came across this program and thought, hmm this is a different approach. I was told I would never get better and here Ben was saying I could! I figured, what the hell, let's give it a shot. I had been to so many specialists, all wanting to put me on medication to minimize symptoms, but none of them could tell me what was causing my dysfunction and how I could fix it! This program brought me out of the darkness and I now have hope that I am healing every day and becoming the person God always intended me to be. Thank you Ben, Katie, and the entire re-origin team for sharing your stories and putting this spectacular program together. You are changing lives each and every day and I can't thank you enough!

This program is so amazing! The techniques are simple yet powerful. I have dealt with chronic health issues for many years now and I've spent thousands of dollars on seeing different doctors both Western and functional medicine and running lots of expensive tests. I saw some improvement but always got stuck in a loop of feeling better and then having my symptoms flair up again. This program has been a game changer! Just a month in and I'm already seeing so many positive changes in my health as well as mental/emotional wellbeing. This program is giving me the tools for true lasting healing.What ever you are going through, I highly recommend this program to anyone that wants to overcome their health struggles or even if you just want to know how to better handle your emotions. It truly is life changing.

I am very grateful for Ben and the Brain Trust for all their hardwork in developing Reorigin. With self-directed neuroplasticity I have reset my nervous system and have been given tools to cope with life's challenges and let go of old negative loops. Ben and Katie's videos are short and easy to understand and start implementing right away. Ben, Katie, and Natalie answer questions and continue to encourage with posts to motivate and encourage throughout the process. Thank you very much Ben!!

This program is for those of us who want what meditation delivers--peace, calm, a perspective on the bigger picture that is larger than sweating the small stuff--and better physical health, but have nervous systems that are all amped up. Re-origin changes minds and mind-bodies, and it changes lives. It's certainly changed mine. Among the self-directed neuroplasticity programs, this is the most enlightened, and, humane. Can't imagine my life without this practice in it.

I'd give it 5 stars, certainly in relation to what you get for the money. Very valuable program. Pros- explained very well, in bite sized chunks, their team wants you to get better. Cons- a big draw back to me is that the mood elevation is hard after while thinking of positive memories and such. While I still think Re-Origin deserves 5 stars, I'd much prefer if they had other methods of mood elevation as a tool, such as guided meditations, or something like that.

My experience with re-origin has been extremely positive. Most assuredly it has been a blessing and has helped me resetting my limbic system. The methods used are powerful, and at the same time simple, and broken down into bite sized segments that make implementing them much easier. I would urge anyone to give it a try, limbic system dysregulated or not.

I strongly believe that the brain body connection is essential to overall health and wellbeing. Finding this program was the missing piece on my well explored health journey. I am incredibly grateful to be learning tangible ways to work on rewiring my brain. These tools will serve me and others well for the rest of our lives! I wish everyone had access to the knowledge and tools shared in this and other neuroplasticity programs.

I looked into similar programs. What made me believe re-origin was right for me was that Ben is active in the program and walks the talk. His calm, patient, and compassionate instructions and comments shine through in everything he says and does. I knew I needed help, but I didn't know how much I needed the support of others who are going through the same struggles. I absolutely love that the platform is not on Facebook where I would get bombarded with stuff that is so triggering. I have been in the program for 6 weeks and am already feeling calmer, more optimistic, and some long-held tension in my upper body just let go!) I look forward to continued improvement.
