Total lack of telephone customer service and no one to talk to how to use program unless I spent even more money.
the company should have a customer service department where people can call. There is no way to talk to anyone. There should be a small window for people to cancel if they are not happy. Why insist on staying in the program for 6 months if I knew in 30 seconds that this was not for me.

We also have a large support section on our website, as well as YouTube videos and resources designed to help people make the best decision for themselves before joining.
