Worked for one day
The table worked for one day, at 4K I expected a lot more. Wires were cut wrong and touching other wires, wire nuts were used rather than something more modern (again 4K) and the nuts were at least one size too big, and they had to send me replacement parts. I was told I would get a discount, but haven’t heard anything about that. I have a maintenance tech, but why am I paying for someone to work on a table that should have been perfect.

I apologize for the late response. Thanks to you, we did change our wire connectors, moving away from our old twist-style to the modern-style lever wire nuts. Please contact me if you did not have your discount applied and I will do what I can to set things right. Overall, we have had a pretty good track record with these light inspection tables, having a strict quality control process in place, but we now know we are not perfect, even though we strive to be. The new nuts should be able to handle any long, rough road ride much better than the wire nuts, so thanks, again, for your input.
