No friction with RDM
First of all I don't offer any highest rating for any review. RDM once again provided a product we have been satisfied with over the last 3 orders. Personal experience with the reps has been timely and professional and helpful. Our last order was a little bit delayed due to, (i was told - high work load), not a bad thing to have, i understand. To the best of my knowledge we were not notified that there could be a delay, as RDM has always been prompt with past orders. No big deal. I would recommend RDM. Have a good day.
