RBD Outlet offered an easy checkout process. Information was clear and comprehensive. Received status emails on order and shipping. Received item as expected in and well packaged box. New shoes were sent in the original box. Will order again from RBD Outlet.

My niece really wanted these shoes for Christmas. I ordered a size 7- which I thought was a Women’s size seven. I received a size 9. Now having to send the shoes back and order different shoes from another website, which means they will not be here in time for Christmas. Also not satisfied with the return process. Initiated return on Friday (the same day I received the shoes) and did not get the return shipping label until Monday. Most websites/companies give the return label almost instantly. Overall bad experience.

Sorry to hear about this. Please note that the shoes you had ordered were listed in Unisex sizing and information is provided in the listing to convert to Womens sizing. We process return requests within 1 business day so the return request was authorized the next business day from Friday, which is Monday. We hope to do better for you with your next shopping experience with us. As a small family business we want to earn your trust!
