Terrible as always every body is unfriendly and unwilling to help or get anything done in a timely manner. Maybe someday you will refund my $4000 you still owe me. I could wright a book about how terrible your customer service is from start to finish but I’m sure no one would care. Just give me my money you promised for an item I bought and was stolen from your yard. The auction was in February or April and nobody has responded to multiple calls and emails, nobody at Fort Worth Ritchie brothers cares about anything and as always nobody willing to help and always has a skeleton crew after auctions and they don’t even know there jobs. Customer service has just gone straight down hill for the past few years. From start to finish Fort Worth customer service is terrible. Except for my sales guy he always try’s to help but the whole system is only designed for failure and with all the new options out there I’m definitely looking to do business with all the new auctions that are now available.

It was a complete nightmare, Items disappeared, no follow up, like ghosting people. Time auction to their favor to rig the auction

The absolute worst auction experience ever. The listing said it was in their yard in Spokane when in fact it wasn't. It was in an off site facility in a different state. Ritchie bros tried taxing me in Washington and selling me a trip permit that I didn't need. Customer service was absolutely horrible trying to resolve this problem. Ritchie Bros didn't do anything to resolve the item pickup issue kept blaming it on it's 5:00 when it was actually only 4:47. Instead of doing everything in their power to resolve this issue no one ever called me back. You can't tell me no one has a cell phone. Total BS!!! All I got was terrible customer service and more excuses than I have ever heard before.

The ARe not strict with the city. Equipment or cars they should be strict to because city sell junk cars not working i dont not recommended this auction if u do buy just dont buy city cars or equipment if u buy cars from here go see them in person...

They unfairly and not trust online bid I don’t recommend and I don’t know how they still on the market Im looking for a skid steer and got them office to ask how they feeds auction works the person who works for them said anything buying above 25k they charge 5% after I bought a caterpillar for 27k they charge me 2500$ and they said that’s a minimum fees so they should say is a 50k minimum bid to have a 5% auction fees

I purchased a truck online from Ritchie Bros Montréal without seeing it in person. The listing did not note any deficiencies. I flew from Edmonton to Montréal to pick up the unit based on that description. When I arrived, the main coolant pipe had already failed. After removing it, the cooling system was completely dry — requiring over 10 litres of coolant just to refill. After reinstalling the pipe, the truck initially appeared operational, but after approximately 600 km under normal load in hilly conditions, it began pushing coolant out of the reservoir cap under pressure. These are serious mechanical issues that directly affect reliability and are not minor defects. I contacted Ritchie Bros and they declined to offer any compensation. I would not have bought the truck if these issues had been noted in the listing. Buyers should be extremely cautious when relying on online descriptions and “no deficiencies” listings without independent inspection.

os comento un poco como va el asunto ,me gane una subasta de un camión por 6700€ aparte me cobraron 1200€ mas de comisión aparte el IVA me gaste pasajes para ir retirarlo me lo traje alicante y el mecánico me dice que la caja esta mala y el motor también, en total una perdida con 12000€ que al final me hubiese comprado algo mejor en la calle, opinión total no lo recomiendo

pour cet achat le matériel est inutilisable ,maquille par le vendeur ,moteur bloque ,pas de moyen de démarrage, bras de guide casse ,tuyau carburant arrache , système de réservoir d'eau inutilisable pas de démarrage donc pas contrôle du fonctionnement hydraulique et enfin un nid d'oiseau a l intérieur signe qu 'il n a pas fonctioner depuis longtemps
