Ray Wigs has stolen my money. I paid for two units. They emailed me right away and asked if I would like to choose a different unit because one of them is out of stock. I told them no, I'd like to receive a refund for the unit that was unavailable. They then went to clarify that I only wanted one unit, and I agreed. I've emailed them on numerous occasions and on numerous platforms asking about my refund with no response. I sent a vague email out to them with another email address and got a response right away. I called them out for this and they told me the order was being made and to be patient. I received my order way later than expected, but the unavailable unit was not there. To this day, they still have the money and I don't have my completed order. I've noticed other comments similar and I'd like to build a case against them. If this has also happened to you, let me know.

I ordered a wig in early December for a performance in mid January and paid for expedited shipping. After a couple weeks without tracking info or any other contact I reached out to the seller on their site asking for an update. A week later I submitted another request for an update, again with no response. After the show was already past I finally opened a PayPal case against the seller which again, of course, they didn't respond to. Literally hours before the case would have been decided in my favor and a refund issued, the seller gave PayPay a tracking number showing a package had been delivered and the case was decided in their favor as a result. I have not received anything from this seller. Even giving them massive benefit of the doubt that maybe something was delivered and stolen from the porch, they still took weeks longer than promised to ship and gave me absolutely no response to my messages. Now I'm left with no product and no refund. I run a small electronics business online myself and understand how things can fall through the cracks and deadlines get missed, but there is no excuse for the complete lack of communication and needing PayPal to step in to even get a (possibly fake) tracking number.

Poor service. No response. Said they would check and be a few minutes... it’s been 3 hours. Paid the money and haven’t received the product yet..

After 2 months they still hadn't sent the wig. I emailed them and they said they would send it if I sent them my adress again. I did that and they didn't respond or send the wig. It's been almost 3 months now and they won't respond to my emails.
