Ended in a PayPal dispute
This ended in a PayPal dispute, which RayWigs waited until the last minute to respond to. It was all a scam. Unfortunately I didn't see these reviews until after. It was a load of crap.

Sent the wrong wig, not replying to emails.

RayWigs engages in deceptive business practices. Do not order from them! You may never get the wigs you ordered. I ordered two wigs from RayWigs.com using their express shipping option. Weeks later, I still had no updates or shipping information. I had sent multiple customer service emails, posted on their online platform, and tried contacting them on social media. They did not respond. Finally, I disputed the charge using PayPal (PRO TIP: if you pay for something using PayPal and never receive it, you can dispute the purchase and get your money back). Only then did they respond. Supposedly (though frankly I don't believe them), one of my wigs was out of stock and they were waiting for it to be back in stock before shipping it. This is obviously a deceptive business practice, because the wig was not listed as "out of stock" online. They gave me the option to switch to a different wig, which I did, but they still haven't sent me the wigs. My belief is that their entire business model now is just to collect payments from people and never send the wigs they ordered, or only send the wigs after the customer jumps through a million hoops. It is not worth it! Do not order from RayWigs! UPDATE: After I stopped receiving responses from RayWigs, I realized that my PayPal dispute was about to *expire* (RayWigs was clearly trying to wait out the clock). I managed to escalate the dispute and get my money back in time, but watch out: make sure you follow up with the dispute if you're seeking one through PayPal.

I wish I’d read these reviews on the site about Raywigs’ customer service. Over two months and 5 contact attempts later, they’ve stolen $70 and only sent one of two wigs. No response via multiple emails or through contact on their website. This site is a sham. I’m disappointed, they have so much potential.

Completely and utterly unprofessional! I ordered almost two weeks ago with zero communication from them. I purchased express shipping so I expected my order to arrive fairly quickly. I reached out to them but they did not respond.I would rate zero if I could. I will never buy from them again.

After complications with delivery information, my order came just in time for my event.

I’ve been waiting for months for my order to ship and have yet to receive a single response to any of my emails. Overall super frustrating, wouldn’t recommend at all.

Appalling company. I have ordered several wigs from them in the past, and while the wig quality is ok, the site is glitchy, payments do not always work (which makes me concerned whether they are secure or not), and their English language customer service is very poor. I have had several bad experiences - for example ordering 2 of the same wig to stack, and receiving two wigs in completely different shades. On top of this, they have used both my and my friends photos for commercial purposes (both on their website and in paid advertising) without prior consent. Worse than that, the products in our pictures were not even from them. Lastly, they recently named a drag costume with a headscarf "drag terrorist" and posted this on Instagram on the anniversary of 9/11. Despite being called out in hundreds of comments, they did not remove the post for 3 days, and have never acknowledged the blatant islamophobia and cultural insensitivity since.
