Sent in a customer service/support ticket. No response for a week. Ordered a new key and lock for my battery, didn’t work… Will change my review if I get a proper response.

It's has been 3 weeks and no bike. I paid for a bike and all your sent was a shipping number that does not match anything. And you want me to review a bike I don't have

Don't buy from these guys, The bikes are of poor build quality. Moreover, they are not professional. They leveraged me to post a positive review on this site just to honor their own sale price. They use positive reviews as leverage?? I have never heard of such ridiculousness from a seller.

I bought direct from Rattan Compass. Used very little while I was out of country. I came back and enjoyed riding for about 2 months. I rode bike home and next day go to ride completely dead. Battery100% full but nothing. I called Rattan but bike with less then 100 miles was 30 days out of warranty. Product that fails with only 100 miles out of warranty? OK so I trouble shoot system, ring out all the wires, switches etc.. No issues. FYI Rattan has no wiring diagram for help so it was a major headache. Since everything checks out last ditch effort before junking this thing I'll call Rattan for new controller. After several emails and picture of controller sent to Rattan no longer available. Bike little over year old and no parts!! I wouldn't send my worse enemy to buy a bike from this company. Ended up cutting my losses selling for next to nothing for at least the battery, motor, were good if someone could use them.

Scam company used a phony price on Amazon to inflate their sales ranks and then pulled the rug on 15 thousand orders and ruined the holidays for so many children. Awful company buy from anyone else not these scum. Yea good try those bikes were sold and shipped by Amazon which means it could only be signed up for by your company. Not an unauthorized third party.

Throttle doesn’t work without pedal assist turned on I bought this bike because it has a backseat And was excited to try it out. After setting it up, I noticed the throttle was not working. I contacted Support and was told the throttle does not work unless pedal assist is turned on. This would be fine if pedal assist level one was mellow, but it's not in the least bit. Unless you plan on always having pedal assist on and are OK with getting your neck jerked back when you takeoff. I would think twice about this bike. No where in the description does it state that the throttle doesn't work unless you have a pedal assist enabled.
