I just purchased my bike and realized the color was wrong. Speaking with Leon, he was so kind that was able to change the color for me.

After doing research and finding the LM750 from Rattan, I was nervous about what the quality would be because of the low price. My fears were squashed when it arrived. It’s heavy, solid and has great components. The powerful 750W motor provides a smooth and effortless riding experience. The battery life is exceptional, The shock seat and handlebars make for a comfortable ride, even on long rides. The LCD display is easy to read and provides all the information you need. Honest time: The website is confusing with picture of gifts and accessories that don’t necessarily arrive together and mine was shipped missing a piece. HOWEVER, what matters is that Rattan has been very responsive and remedied each issue quickly and without question. I have no doubt that if I have another issue come up, that I won’t worry about their customer service.

Super fast, convenient way to get around the city.

I ordered a pair of LF 750 Pro e-bikes 2 weeks ago. They arrived well packed and undamaged after 6 days. Leon at Rattan customer service has been awesome to deal with answering questions before and after I ordered. So far after 6 days of riding I have put 55 miles on it and love it!

The customer service is amazing and they respond very fast. To me this is very important because if I ever need anything I know I’ll have an entire team ready to help.

Super impressed with the quality and value for money of the rattan bike. I had to make an urgent order as it was for a trip, Leon from customer support was so responsive and diligent and helped me make sure all came in on time. The shipping was fast and smooth and the assembly was almost done when then bike arrived so it took a couple of minutes and it was ready. Super powerful, strong (used it with my mother at the back), and great battery.

Sales support from Rattan was very communicative a few hours after placing my order Leon reached out re; my free basket. And he also kept me aware of the shipping time-frame. I like the fact the response time is quick and really excited to try the LM 750 pro after all the great YouTube videos I've watched online.

It's a good bike overall, one thing a lot of the reviews feature is kinetic recharging. My bike had it disabled because it is creating an issue with the motor which I wasn't aware of. Over all very comfortable and powerful.
