They always saying if you need help let me know but when I needed help no one assisted me. My mom passed and was having a hard time. One professor told me that was no excuse.

I hadnt been in school for over 25 years and they made it so easy for me and were always there for me. From the front desk to my advisor to any technical help to help with financial aid and scholarships to the teachers. Everyone was so helpful. Rasmussen is a great inexpensive school to take online classes! Im so glad I chose Rasmussen for medical billing and coding!

I had to drop out because no one could help me with my computer problem. Both my teacher and help desk were able to help. I was referred to a 3rd party which I was told was not supposed to ever happen. I can't move on in my degree till they fix it.

Rasmussen helped me achieve my goals of an associates degree. The staff was there every step of the way encouraging and motivating me to do my best and stick with the pace. I believe the reason I actually stuck with my program was because of the support from Rasmussen. My program was completed online and I was able to speed up graduation by taking flex courses.
