Thank you, Cassandra. Voice cloning gets most of the attention, but what matters most to us is helping people share knowledge across languages. We don't believe every video needs an AI avatar, a virtual studio, or a complete reinvention. Sometimes the most valuable content is simply a real person with real expertise and something worth saying. Our job is to help that message reach more people without losing its meaning along the way. And yes, we're also big believers that customers should be able to reach an actual human when they need help. Thank you for the kind words.

Thank you, Julia. I particularly appreciate your point about reviewing quality before paying. AI localization works best when people can evaluate it on their own content, terminology, and use case rather than relying on generic examples. I also love that you highlighted Teamspaces. Some of our most successful customers don't use AI to replace human review — they use it to reduce the amount of work their experts need to do. Bringing native speakers into the workflow for final review is often what turns a good result into a great one. Thank you for sharing your experience.
