We're sorry to hear you had trouble with the germination of your seeds. There are many things that can affect the germination of the seeds after they leave our warehouse, including irradiation by the shipping company. We do offer a 2 year germination guarantee on all of our seeds, and would be happy to work with you on any issues.

We're sorry to hear you were not happy with your purchase. Sadly, we have had to raise prices, as things have become more expensive, including the seed that we get from our suppliers. The number of seeds, and the price of the packet is determined by how much seed we are able to obtain, and what the cost is.

We apologize for the advertising. While we provide the content, we really have no control over where the ads show up :( I'm not sure what you mean by questionable seed, but we stand by our products. If you have trouble with anything, just reach out to us and we'll work to make things right. We are still a small company, privately owned by the founder.

We apologize for any confusion! You emailed us on Friday, and as we answer the emails we get in the order they were received, we answered you on Monday. You received one tracking number for your live plants, and one for your seeds, and when you contacted us because your plants did not arrive, we reshipped them to you.

We apologize for any confusion, we were using a third party shipper, and USPS could not track using their numbers, you had to use the tracking link we provided.
