I ordered a dvd, paid for it and waited for it. It didn't come. Made several unanswered calls. No replies were made by the seller. I believe this site to be a scam. Don't waste your time and money. If you have been scammed by him teach him a lesson. Get in touch with your bank and stop payment!

I placed an order for a TV movie that is OOP back on July 1st 2026, today's date is August 13th 2026 40+ days and nothing back from them. Email them to find out what was going on didn't get no answer back. So do not buy or order from them too many red flags. I went to another company for the TV movie.

This is a SCAM BUSINESS. DO NOT ORDER from this company. We ordered a DVD in January of this year and NEVER received it to date. We contacted them thru their website after a month and they stated that the DVD would be coming. We did try to contact them again; however, their link for customer contact is fake and does not open.

If I could give this company less than 1 star, I would. Horrible scam company! Don’t purchase from them! They are selling knockoff homemade burned DVD’s. They aren’t the original DVD’s. Absolutely don’t buy from them! This is fraudulent and the company should be shut down!

This is a case where I wish there could be zero or less rating. I have dealt with this company before and didn't have a problem. This time, BIG problem. I ordered some DVDs a month ago and had no word from the company at all. I sent an email, used their Chat - still nothing. I am now going to the bank to lodge a disputed transaction, but I agree with most other reviewers - DON'T DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY. It's money down the drain. I am VERY sceptical about the 5 star reviews as well. Enough said.

My DVD has failed to arrive after many many weeks! numerous attempts to get any help/response, from this company have me realise my money is gone! This company is a scam and I highly suggest you steer clear of any dealings with them.

I ordered Five Mile Creek Complete Series on March 1st and received an email on March 13th that my purchase had been shipped. I never received my package and emailed Rare Films On DVD four times and never heard anything back from them. I never got my package or a refund. I will never order from this company ever again and I don’t recommend that anyone else buy from them either.
