We bought two rapids radios and two rapid chargers, both work as advertised with ease of use. Plan on buying more products from them. Customer Service was friendly and very responsive to my needs. Highly recommend this product.

This is an excellent company. I love supporting local businesses that actually sell quality products. Their customer service is out of this world and these radios are so freaking cool!

They work JUST LIKE THEY SAY THEY DO! Amazed really! I was a skeptic but purchased 6 for my family and have been pleasantly surprised that they work. Let me rephrase that: THEY WORK ALLLL THE TIME! In the woods, miles away from home, underground. It gives us security to know we can page someone in the middle of no-man's land and get a response. 10 out of 5 stars! Best investment we've made!

Custom order, great customer service. The radios work so well. I use them between NYC and Florida with no issues and super clear reception! Highly recommend!

I tested Rapid Radios for communication between Missouri City, TX, and Cleveland, TX—an impressive distance of about 70 miles. The performance was outstanding! The signal remained clear and reliable throughout the entire range, even across varying terrains. Whether you're coordinating business operations or just staying in touch over long distances, Rapid Radios delivers exceptional quality and dependability. Highly recommend for anyone needing top-tier communication tools!

I love my radios! My family has benefitted so much from them. My children are too young for a cell phone, so I got radios and they are amazing! Even work at our property in the UP of MI. And no cell phones work there! Game changer!
