Im beyond pleased with my experience with rapid radios. We have 2 so far with plans to add one more radio to our account. I have yet to come into a area where it doesnt work. Even areas that cells phones usually have very poor reception you get loud and clear service with rapid radios. All around very pleased with my experience and the customer support. I have had to call a few times and each time the team at rapid has been outstanding

It works great… I have traveled a lot of areas throughout the country and many places have poor cell service, I have used this radio all over and I have not encountered an issue. I’m currently in New Jersey… these radios are perfect for those of us who are away from our families and god forbid cell service goes down as we have recently seen. Now I have a piece of mind and I can get ahold of my wife if I need to…. It takes away some of the worrisome that most of us feel.
