I had ordered the ERG emergency radios…
I had ordered the ERG emergency radios the first time I got them and they were very complicated to set up if you dont know anything about repeaters or Ham radios send them back and I kept calling the company for customer service they never answer and keep you on hold if you email them it is a little faster and also they have no tech support and so I send the first 2 radios back and ordered the nextel like radios it took 2 weeks to order and still have not received them they kept sending me delayed emails finally today I get an email stating that UPS has them and will take another 5 days! Here is the kicker I only live an hour outside there company, I suggest don't buy these radios but mainly there customer service, its terrible especially if you need someone to walk through with you on how to set these up!
