I love the workouts short, tough always challenging.

Quick and intense workout program.

I stumbled upon BB a few years ago (peak COVID) as gyms were no longer very popular, I was looking for something you could do at home. After searching everywhere and trying a few BS programs I came across Fabian and BB!! Hooked, line and sinker!! This is a great program, easy to follow (I mean Fabian is right there with you pushing you), great tips, helpful staff, I look forward to each days PUMP or an office joke!! The programs continues to grow, if your looking for a great community, awesome workouts with actual results then you’ve come to the right place!! Thanks Fabian and team Basement Beast for this wonderful journey!

I like the motivation from Fabio. I’m early in the twelve week program so it is only a small portion of the whole experience so far.

Basement Beast is awesome! The flexibility of the program and the ease of doing it whenever I want, wherever I am is very helpful.

Great workout plans and I enjoy following along to the videos. He makes them entertaining and enjoyable.

Amazing program - very simple to use and the workouts are fast and effective.

I LOVE the program. Unfortunately, the $67 only gives you HALF of the program, leaving my favorite Extreme Shred to be purchased for another $67 which is ridiculous. The website it challenging as it doesn't always load correctly and can seem like a scam. One last nitpick, they sold my info. The moment I signed up I had FREE Harbor Freight items waiting for me to purchase etc. Again, program is great and works but it's everything else that's challenging. Had Extreme Shred been included in my first purchase, I would have been more tolerant.
